Yeah, they sold a lot of PC, most of them shite. :D

I fixed a lot of them a few years ago, thankfully they're all long dead and not bothering me any more.

My 1st PC was a AMD 386SX with bugger all RAM, a monochrome monitor. I put it together myself :ugeek:
Ah, hazy college days.

My parents bought them for me when we flew to Australia to visit the relatives, it was some attempt to get me to STFU for at least part of the flight.

We did have an old Amstrad and a Spectrum knocking around, but I was too young and never used them.

Our first home PC was an AST Computer model (can't remember which one.), worked well for 5 years 'til the monitor died.

We thought about hooking up a new monitor to it and give it a look, but never did. If it worked now, I would love to do that, it would be like a goddamn time capsule on the hard drive.

I remember when we got it and I was all excited because AST Computer was Aston Villa's shirt sponsor at the time. Fickle ol' me.

I remember having Sky Attack (6) I could never get enough light to shine on the panel. I think I still have it some where.

Ok, preyproject.com is rather accurate on it's geo-location. I'm guessing we have Google's data snatch cars to thank for that.

It was within 10m without gps, probably not so hot if out in the countryside.
