Seeing as guys/gals that post on forums or sit at their computer's allday are sterotypically thought of as Overwieght peadophiles :? I just wondered what any others here did to keep their bodies in shape

Me personally i:

Jog for 30 mins twice a day,
50 push ups twice a day,
50 sit ups twice a day,
20 pull ups once a day,
And benchpress(using two 6.5kg dumbell's (sp?))twice a day

I participate in Nerf Gun wars once a week with my friends and I'm always flitting from place to place. I'm hyper by nature, so I burn lots of energy that way. I also stay active longer then most, since I don't sleep much. :D

I go for a walk every once in a while.

My thumbs see a lot of exercise: remote controls, my DS, my PS2 etc.

Apart from that, I'm a big, thin slob.

I work all day, so that pretty much keeps the legs moving. Lots and lots of walking, pulling pipe wrenches, toting heavy pipe up ladders and stuff. But for a while there, I was getting up at five in the morning and stretching, doing push ups and sit ups. Need to get back into the habit, but it's not motivating if I have to do it in front of people.

Most of my exercise comes when i'm at work, on a full shift I can walk about 10 miles, while lifting very heavy objects :)

I get a lot of walking done too, and carrying and moving things about.
Did used to do a lot of exercise with it, although getting slack. I can still do 150 situps, and 100 pressups. Oh, and do pressups on fingers too.
Quite flexible as well, can do things like the crab (or whatever you call it when you lie on your back and push yourself up) and touching my toes is easy.

32-64 sit ups twice a day,
32-64 squats twice a day,
32-64minutes of cycling a day,
and some random fasting time.. :pop:

I don't really do anything. Not even walking much. :oops: That's what happens when you work a full time job sitting on your butt all day. :?

Now I'm at college I have to go up four flights of stairs at least twice a day AND I've decided to join a martial arts class. I used to do that when I was younger and really enjoyed it before the club shut down. So now I'm not working in the evenings I've found a new club. :D

Trial class in on Thursday so I'll let you know how it goes.

My training has pretty much come to a stand still with me back as it is

When I move(I know I have so many plans for when I move) I plan on starting to go for a walk every evening, then later a run, which would be really ambitious of me. Also will finally be able to do one of the martial arts classes. It's between Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing and Karate. Probably go for Jiu Jitsu.

15 minutes on an excersise bike twice a week.
About 15 minutes twice a week of various stomach excersises, pilates, general sit ups, etc...

Weight training practically every day.

This is all not including the amount of heavy lifting I do and miles of running about every day.
