I could not resist that Evangelion tin box set off Forbidden Planet, so went and bought it.

Play.com are selling it at the same price, but they're out of stock, and I don't always trust PlayTrade. So FP it was. :)

Got my copy of Code Geass Vol 1 through the post yesterday. At last, after 2 years of waiting I can finally being watching this series. So far the OP is rather naff; and the ED is similar to Line Barrels of Iron OP - read as ear wrenchingly bad.

It also appears the figure I bought back in May, that then got lost in the post, has finally shown up at my door. However they couldn't deliver it, so it's back at the depot. Royal Mail is awesome! :el:

Also, found these:

Sakaki & Osaka.

I got two Satoshi Kon films today. Paprika on blu ray & Tokyo Godfathers on dvd. Picked up the latter for less than €4.00.

Do you think anybody at all, ever would get this t-shirt?

Even the expo goers would all be too young and obsessed with Naruturd to get it. 8)

Queen's Blade Volume 2 is releasing in the US (at last!) this week, so hopefully I'll have a partial order from Rightstuf on the way. There's also been some series that I've watched and are now slated for DVD release in January. Holding off on Lucky Star for a UK release. I wanted to add Strawberry Panic as well, but it can wait until my next order.

Pre-order List:
Queen's Blade Vol 2 & 3
Spice and Wolf collection
Canaan collection
Koihime Musou collection
Kampfer collection

Hadn't bought anything anime related in a while but recently I've got Evangelion: The Day of Second Impact (a soundtrack album) and a bluray of Tekkonkinkreet. The only reason I got the latter was because my local indie record store was having a closing down sale. :(

Didn't buy them, but did see the 1st 6 or 7 volumes of Sailor Moon in Cex.

With the tag line on the cases "as seen on GMTV".

Two new trinkets should be on the way soonish:

Big Windup the Complete Series
Evangelion 2.22 You Can (Not) Advance the Collector's Edition

I should be able to afford more anime stuff since it looks like I'll be cutting back on my DC purchases given what's happening.
