Its a first effort so I'll give them a little slack. But they're working with ANN who should know better.

From last season on CR Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi & Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa were good for fan service.

Hanasaku Iroha was also okay even though I stopped watching after episode 7. I plan on finishing it at some point though.

Not much else worth noting on CR at the moment. AoD has the best show - Stiens;Gate. I haven't really watched anything from this season or the Winter 2011.

You could watch Rio Rainbow Gate, it's mind blowing. :puke:

It seems that Sony's USA tentacle have some dubbed anime on their Crackle website.

Now if only I could watch dub without grinding my teeth I could watch Nodame Cantible. ;)

Bloody AOD is driving me berserk tonight, it's crashed 3 different browsers and keeps on pausing at the adbreak points.

They do have more than their fair share of issues. CR is a far better platform but they have been going a bit longer :)

Quite, why they use that god awful player that's a complete pain to skip forward is beyond me and what's the point of the adbreaks with nothing in them?

Having issues with AoD (lol @ Demand) here today as well. I can ignore the fact that stupid spinning thing never goes away, but when the videos just cut out for no reason or get stuck it becomes ridiculous. Doesn't help that R-15 episode 10 has the episode 9 sub track. I wonder if anyone checks the videos before uploading them, you know since they take so long to post them anyway.

Right click on the player window and pick settings. Change local storage to 1MB or more and things work a bit better.

The QC is pretty shocking at times.

After many years of great service I've unsubscribed from Crunchyroll. This continuing trend of not extending licenses outside the USA/Canada does not bode well so I'm jumping ship. Too bad there aren't any ships to jump to - AoD is more like a piece of drift wood. There's always pirate ships then wait for US DVD releases I guess :(.

Yeah, well, we knew it would end badly. I still have subs to both and will be keeping them just cos.

You will always have the problem of the whiney little weaboo shits who want the latest eps immediately and just don't care how they get them. And will argue until they are blue in the face that such and such translation is wrong or they don't like the sub font or insist that they must be able to save a copy yadda yadda yadda.

Then there is the rest of us who get the shaft thanks to these types. Persona 4 on AoD is now delayed a week from its air date in Japan after yet another security balls up. And CR vs AoD to get UK titles means we now lose out on some series. So what do we do? Wait YEARS for a UK DVD release? Wait slightly less time for a possible Funi R1 release? Or just download?

With the shrinking English speaking anime industry its getting harder. And with Mangled Ent killing off bluray releases you either shell out for a multi region player (which I have) or abuse your broadband fair usage.

Seriously, how long have Funi been working on Toaru Majutsu no Index & To Aru Kagaku no Railgun?
