I was torn as to where to put this.

I think it really counts as gaming kinda.

Would you be more likely to vote if you could do it from the comfort of your sofa?

The security issues fill me with horror, MS aren't exactly renowned for it and the USA already has more than it's far share of voting and e-voting issues.

you can't let XBOX live users Vote, O.O any one how waited for a game of Halo to start knows this. all you do is sit there as people yell at you "Veto" or "i going put a cap in you F****** N***** C****** A** you T****** W******", there like a new level of dumb.

if this real works forget McCain getting in we be lucky if we don't elected Jason Statham.

Jason Statham? President? To be honest I think that is exactly what America needs! Who wouldn't love a President who runs around fuelled on drugs such as he did in Crank? I'd certainly vote for him!

Oh, the topic? Ehem. I did see this hanging about on the BBC website actually and chuckled to myself. As you mentioned Kodama, the security issues are a cause for concern amongst other things. That said, most Xbox owners will probably just not vote unless a downloadable game is attached to the mechanism or you can choose between a GoW or Halo back drop whilst you consider your vote.

It'll be interesting to see how this goes ahead and plays out. :Arr:

They could award achievement points based on whom you vote for; Achievement Unlocked 10G "Wasted your vote" - Voted Liberal Democrats.

they missed a trick not doing it on the Wii, imagine the funny mine games you could have. like marking an X on the ballot paper. and putting the ballot paper in the ballot box. and the ever fun walking to poling booth.
