Simple as stating what you're reading now, whether it be manga, novels, magazines, tabloid newspapers or your dictionary

I'm still reading my big book on Waterloo.

As for Arthur history, there is a really good book called the Age of Arthur, which describes the era that the Arthurian tales come from - that time of Rome leaving Britain and the Saxons coming in.

What is its name and where can I get it, I need my book to be believable and set right, but with a lot of twists...

http://www.play.com/Search.aspx?searcht ... &pa=search

Here is a list of books from play.com. Couple look pretty handy.
However the one I mean is the Age of Arthur by John Morris. I found it a very clear and informative book, and quite enjoyed reading it.
It should certainly help you get a lot of things right for back then - such as customs and weapons and the like.

I've never read the poems which are supposed to be the earliest written documents about Arthur, kind of, but might be able to find those somewhere.

I think the lady of Challot is a good one, rather depressing but it's good. Thank you anyway.

Not read that on either, although I meant the really old ones, think were done in Welsh or Celtic. They inspired the rest of the tales.

One other thing, Stephen Lawhead did an excellent trilogy called the Pendragon Trilogy, which was about Arthur (by the third one) and set in the times, yet with magic too. Very much bordered the lines of historical fantasy and outright fantasy. Could well help you shape your own work.

Why not do a homoerotic novel about King Arthur? But make it subtle-yet-not-subtle like Of Mice and Men, and dedicate it to LK

Anyway, I just finished reading Of Mice and Men for my english exam.....it sucks....and Mr Rogers denies that there is any underlying theme of homosexuality in that book.....I swear Lennie and George are gay

Anyway, I'm just planning my own book......just trying to put the ideas in my head onto pieces of paper at the moment....

Would do but its not quite what you think it's about anyway... It is based on his story and my version of what really happened, only not... This is confusing. Plus, I don't really want to mix that up in this particular book...

Reading The battle (still editing it as I read... Of Course.)
