Just for all you comic fans out there.

Ah racism, sexism and some truly spectacular innuendo. Those were the days

'My feminine vanity won't let me pull out my eyelashes'

Wow. Even back then someone must have thought, that makes her a bit shit, doesn't it?

Oh even better! Papa spank!
I gotta use that one somehow.

Sheer brilliance!

I especially like the 'subtle' women should be kissed and not heard hint in the Fantastic Four line. =P

The all-time favourite one is especially good too. Poor Batman, being the only guy to think of another guy... although, it possibly explains his 'Quiet or Papa spank!' line earlier. Just doesn't know how to handle women.

Away from the pervy exploits of Batman, what better way to explore the suffocating grip of madness than with the classic Garfield Minus Garfield?

If anyone's never read it before the website puts it pretty concisely:
Quote:
Who would have guessed that when you remove Garfield from the Garfield comic strips, the result is an even better comic about schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and the empty desperation of modern life? Friends, meet Jon Arbuckle. Let’s laugh and learn with him on a journey deep into the tortured mind of an isolated young everyman as he fights a losing battle against loneliness in a quiet American suburb.

I don't know whether anyone knew of this place before, considering the pictures here, but this link is a brilliant gathering of some amazingly hilarious panels from comics.
