They were all killed in the last episode. The final bit of the last series was Rimmer kneeing Death in the groin. Can assume Death got over it.

Suggest Kochanski didn't make it, but can't remember who got away. But yeah, Rimmer fucked up again so people died.

No, not as great as it once was, but it was never going to be. I enjoyed it though. Thought Rimmer had a lot of the best lines.

New hologram was very :wnw:
Quite liked her too. Some of her lines were casually quirky - bingo jingo - and her accent seemed pretty good to me. Very, ahem, as if she wasnt' ahem enough!

Too short. Ended before I knew it. Bloody adverts.

Good fun seeing older episodes too. Mr Flibble! Ah, but Major loved him. :D

10 years is too long ago, I just can't remember what happened and strangely for the internet I couldn't find many spoilers for the last ep.

Was the whole thing done in front of green screens? Looked like it to me. Maybe I'm wrong but it just didn't look quite right. :?

I enjoyed it though! Agree that it was too short. Liked the entrance of the new hologram. "I replace him who's a bit crap."

Was reading on Digitalspy that the first episode wasn't the best of the 3. Mainly due to all the Special Effects being more a distraction than anything. Like the Scutter and the monster weren't exactly the greatest.

When Rimmer gave the plan about the diving bell and all, I was waiting for Kryten to point out the 2 problems with the plan, like he always did.

Not to be a total smeghead, but it was the Cat's plans that Kryten poked holes in. Kryten ruined Rimmer on the Space Core Directives. :P

I don't remember the final episode well myself, just that people died and Rimmer kneed Death in the groin. Think I've only ever seen it once. Maybe they'll show it again.

Not sure why there is no Holly though.

Does seem to have been done a lot before green screen. Seen them say this. Better than the wonky sets of the early series.
Doctor Who won't have better, nor Primeval.

Watched it again today and liked it more. Kryten wearing water wings, Cat combing his hair and accepting his death. Also liked how they started - Lister winding Rimmer up was his all for a long time. Good to maintain the core of the show.

Oh, best bit:
We have word for you in my country.
In my country, we have several.

I think Rimmer said the computer was off line after Lister left a tap running for 9 months and millions of gallons flooded somewhere or other.

Oh yeah. Never mentioned Holly by name but could be the reason.

Liked this episode more, and think a certain Mr K might considering the Bladerunner references. ;)

More RD jokes and loved the zooming.

Not sure about the main plot. On the one hand it's quite good and reflects on the entire show. On the other, it's been done a fair few times before.
But still liking and enjoying. Especially ok to kill holograms and are you listening to music?

Also, seems there has been another series that we missed out on. So the answers to our questions will be in there.

Coming together now. :D

Hmmm, that's all I have to say on the matter.

Bladerunner references fine, fictional characters breaking through to real world meh.

I guess we'll see how the finale turns out.

Seen it again. One, noticed Cat twice makes an origami thing, not sure of what, which suggests something.
Two, when they look at the new RD DVD, just above is one with The Lady Without a Face, and a woman with a mask. She looked like Russian hologram woman to me. Which made me think of where she came from in the first place.

Something is up and it will take watching it all to know.

I do think no audience loses a bit as the cast did feed off them. Cat jumping through, landing on his feet and doing his dance would have gotten a big laugh and cheer. I loved it.

Rimmer shoving Russian hologram woman at a car the same, and very Rimmer like. Enjoyed both those moments.

You'd have to be blind not to have noticed. :P It's also a Bladerunner reference.

I know it's a Bladerunner ref!

I saw him do it once, but not twice. So not sure where he got the second one from. Or why they had him do it twice.

The making of it is on tonight too. Should be interesting.
