It is but it is stunning to watch.

Considering the plot it could certainly be more to the point though.
Still, the final battle is something else.

It took me a while, but finally watched This is England. >.<

Very good film somewhat spoiled for me by the fact that it's set in 1983, a year after the Falklands War and yet they play it as if it's still going on. So for me having been alive then, I was thinking almost the entire way through the film, "this isn't right, the war only lasted a couple of months".

I have seen that movie and yet I don't think I've ever sat and watched it from start to finish, just seen enough chunks.
