Not a petrolhead myself but I do enjoy watching the show. Mainly the 'let's go and try this out for a laugh' subplots that run through the show.

The drive through Africa in those crappy cars was fantastic. I was laughing in a way most sitcoms could never get me going.
Oliver is drowning!

Oliver did well though, especially across that desert. The other two looked like sandmen from Star Wars, while Hammond's hair was safe. :)

Loved the way to get the water out of your car - shoot holes in it!

The Antartica one was really good as well. Also enjoyed the one where May was the pilot as they raced Clarkson, only to tell Hammond he wasn't allowed to fly at night. Oh, and the run throughs in preparation! Check this, check that, double check that one too.

Just seen their attempt at the new police cars. Seeing the vehicles was funny enough, but putting them in action was fantastic. Not sure which bit was funniest - Hammond's car falling apart on the time lap, Clarkson's car breaking as he attempted to catch the Stig, or May's... well, May just being May.

Good episode.

I laughed the hardest when May sprayed the paint over Stig's car, only for Stig to wipe it off with the windscreen wipers.

The thing was their ideas worked, the paint guns sprayed, the stinger rolled out, and the spikes tore into the car.

Unfortunately... they were all a bit crap as well.

May's plan to catch his 'crim' was typical May though. :coat:

Ugh, more crap to avoid on the TV... :coat:

Top gear was good when the likes of Tony Mason was doing his rally reports (who remembers the music ;)).

Clarkson, May and Hamster are just not funny nor does Top Gear really have any useful motoring news. OK, you can stick a pickup truck in the Bristol channel and make it start afterwards... and.... so...

Great episode, the rest of the series looks like its to be good.

How to save money on petrol for the super car generation but an Audi R8 that was funny

The police car's were fantastic, an ice cream siren for captain slow and paint guns that worked then didn't, classic, the best value for money car for the police was the Vitara
