128k+2 here. I remember my brother writing Hangman on 2 or 3 different occasions and each time making a mistake which couldn't be changed without rewriting the whole thing.

And still years later, I talk to people who didn't know you could copy games simply using a double deck recorder, not that we would do that. But if we did, we mightn't have realised you could do it with the volume turned down and it would still work. :P Not the greatest tape to listen to.

Yup, I think my parents and grandparents gave me the Speccy + for birthday and xmas. That was half the price of a Beeb.

CT: Don't mention tapes, a good proportion of my young life was spent listening and hoping the bloody thing wouldn't crash in the last 10s of loading.
