I wouldn't normally bother, but I'm thinking about it, simply to oppose the BNP.

Yep I'll will be voting anyway, as I've always done since reaching the age of majority. There's local elections over here too by the way and two by-elections.

I intend to vote. One for the same thing, to show the extreme parties don't get such an important percentage. But also as my mum loathes the local bloke who switched parties without telling people, then switched back.

But I just feel I really ought to wakl the short distance and put a cross on the paper. It really isn't asking much. I guess.

I'll be voting! I always do. As OG said, it's not like it's difficult.

I won't be voting. Considering the fact that if a politician supposedly gets €70,000 for losing their seat or being paid a lot of money for keeping their seat, do they care what happens them? Imagine, €70,000 for getting fired. I just have no interest in politics and we all know people don't want others commenting on stuff they know nothing about.

All I do know is the current government screwed us over but at the same time the ones not in government would probably have been just as bad. Even their big smiling faces on the posters look dodgy. :P

I voted. I don't usually for these ones, only done in the general elections, and to be honest not sure I will in the next one of them. No idea who I will go for. Need to find out more on the actual candidates I guess.

That's the problem with being nice democratic nations. We can't have a good old rebellion or revolution, we just get to vote for another bunch of scumbags.
If things don't improve and I can't pick a party, I might just vote and spoil the ballot. :Arr:

Nice to see the EU doing something about it's image as a waster. >.<

County council ballot paper, 3 candidates and A5 or smaller.

EU Election 3 candidates and a bunch of nutters ballot paper as long as my arm and I've got really long arms.

Individual candidates? Pfft no idea whatsoever.

Parties? The usual suspects plus left wing nutters, right wing nutters, euro nutters, anti euro nutters, religious nutters and just plain old nutters. :D

I was sorely tempted to vote for the Roman Party, Ave, or whatever it was. The fact that it was just one fella made me feel just a tiny bit sad for him, I think that was the reason.

I went to a party last night and left it too late to catch the train home, and make the journey worth my while, so I didn't vote today. I feel pretty bad, but whatevs!

Just back from the polling station. It's a bit sad when the highlight of a Friday night is voting. :(
