True. I'm sure you could class forums as being a social networking service of a certain kind. You are social. You network and get to know people on the forum. It is a form of social activity. Therefore all of us are more social than we thought, I guess.

You could always try and run a business without a phone, Kodama! Even make a little money out of it... it could be a new Channel 4 reality TV show. Exploring the insides and out of how a modern day business can make it in the world without modern communication. Although, I think that would be a tad difficult in your case!

You know what, times are hard enough already. Unless you know of a production company with a large no strings attached advance.

I'd see what I could dig up but I'm sure you wouldn't want to be affiliated with such a programme anyways.

Oh, the topic, eh? Yeah, that Twitter...

In all seriousness, it's main selling point does seem to be that 'Oh, look! Stephen Fry, Jonathan Ross and the President of the US use it! Isn't that awesome?!' Not 'Oh, look! This place is actually quite interesting with a new take on how to keep in touch with your friends, interesting apps and {insert other generic selling point here}'

Just because famous people use it, doesn't mean it is good or anything, right? Right?! Right.

Hold on while I leave my toy dog down here and take off these massive sungalsses that are nearly the size of my head. Yeah I don't see the point in doing something just because celebs do it. 8)

All I can say is that I did discover a few "celebrities" on there that I thought had disappeared completely off the face of the earth. I haven't joined by the way. Nice to see Robert Llewellyn is still around. Although as they about to do a new Red Dwarf, so he should be.

Well if you find the twins from Fun house, then we'll know it's worth joining.

Well, that is certainly more original than the thousands of "Twitters" who joined to follow the likes of Stephen Fry or Jonathan Ross.

You'll have to search out the place for them!

I would assume the term for members would be Twits, but I'm not sure.

Ugh, I was quite content with myspace, but my friend wanted me on facebook, so I opted for that. I refuse to move again, damn it!
