Here's a chance to confess all your stupid, thoughtless or just damn reckless actions.

Mine was separating two frozen burgers using a large knife. Which in itself is mildly dumb, but the really dumb bit was holding the burgers in one hand and the knife in the other.

Result: Two separate burgers, one small hole in my left hand and blood all over the sink >.<

Ironically I even thought to myself "Hmm best be careful here, wouldn't want to stab myself". :el:

I then discovered that I'm a bit of a wuss. I had to stick my head between my legs whilst waving my hand in the air to stop myself from fainting

Oh owchie!

I was out on a hen night once. There I was with my white dress and angel wings and halo on. I decided to hop over a wall as a shortcut. I was very unsteady on my feet :drunk: so heaved myself up, swung my legs round and dropped down backwards. I didn't realise that the ground was a lot further down at the other side. Also although it was grass on my side it was actually concrete on the other. SPLAT!

I woke up a really sore butt the next day!
Why yes, I am bored. How could you tell?

One of the many stupid things that haunt me is when I jumped off a moving bus and got owned by physics  .

I was heading in to uni and normally when the bus is beginning to slow to a stop you can jump and land fine. However on this day it was icy, so the usual routine of waiting for it to slow and jump. Jump straight onto a sheet of ice, slip, splat. In my embarrassment I got up and ran off  , to find my knee had been shredded and pulled multiple stomach muscles.

Luckily there was only 1 old lady downstairs able to see, and the bus driver. Every time I have to get on a bus he is driving now I get smirks. And now I wait for the bus to come to a complete stop :thumb: .

In year three, I refused to sit down, and this girl tugged on my trousers to try and make me, but she pulled down my trousers and pants....erm yeah...

That's the biggest out of the lot...and there is a lot >>

When I was 6ish I decided to make a ramp for my BMX out of a cinder block and some wood.

I thought it wasn't that heavy lets see if i can throw it in the air and catch it, right about here it went wrong, not only did I fail to catch it I broke two fingers in the attempt but it didn't end there after the failed catch it proceeded to land on my foot breaking my big toe, fun times

The old burgers in one hand using a knife to seperate them? Done that a lot. I also cut bread that way and my mum would freak.
I also once had to move my laptop while holding my plugged in cable, so I put that in my mouth and did my thing, then realised....

I once cut my thumb cutting ice cubes, and when I was a kid, in my hurry to see a fire down the street I ran out in my slippers and fell A over T down the drive.

Doesn't beat my dad though. Last year spent the summer redoing the bathroom with him. (meant to take two weeks). When it came to the piping and cutting through the pipe connected to the water tank, he made sure the water was off, then cut and wayhey! The filled tank started emptying out into the airing cupboard, through the wood, and through the ceiling over the stairs to soak them as well. Cue him shouting orders while trying to stop the water by holding on tightly.
As much as I was running about trying to sort the mess out, I was laughing my head off.

Well for stupidity there's me doing the Bishop trick with the knife from Aliens. But I wasn't stupid enough to use a big knife, I used a chisel while in woodwork. Boredom had set in. Not really a Doh moment. More a why the feck did I ever try something like that? Think all I got was a wee cut. Noting at all serious.

But a seriously idiotic moment was as a kid I found razor blades that you use in those single blade razors with the curved head. And thought I would check to see if they were sharp by running my thumb along it. Thankfully didn't press heavy so was just like a papercut.

ooh ive done so many stupid things...well amongst the stupid things there's:

*riding a baby bath down a mud hill and into a wasps nest (result: serious stings and a sprained ankle)

*climbing to the top of a tree in the middle of nowhere, getting stuck and after 3 hours in the pouring rain having to fall out of the tree to get down (result:concussion, and a deep gash in my leg and head)

*riding a bike over a thin strip of concrete 6 foot high with broken glass at the bottom and falling
(result:lots and lots of cuts and bruises)

and most recently:
*using a V-slicer to cut an apple without using the safety holder (goodbye thumb print)
(result: vast loss of blood and half of my thumb print)

No! What's wreckless is your use of the word "acting" in regard to Ben Affleck. :)

Only one conversation thread in this forum and this isn't it. So STFU.

I did once pick up a home made circuit board with live mains running through two of the tracks.

My heartbeat did eventually slow down. :shaking:

It's hard to hurt yourself when you never leave your room.

Never impaled yourself on a Dr Who figure?

I crashed more cars in two years at university than I have in the 10 years since. Damn company cars.
